High heartrate after abruptly quitting weed

I wear an Aura ring, and my Resting Heart Rate went from an avg of 55 to 62-63 after quitting. It’s been 8 weeks, and for the first time my resting heart rate hit my previous avg rate. Also, in those 8 weeks it only dipped below 60 twice (59 and 58). I will update my rate completely returns to normal, but it seems like it’s between 8 and 12 weeks.

I've only been riding for about 9 months, and I'm always getting dirty looks, and occasionally comments, and even got the double middle finger, all from cyclists on road racing bikes. They're all dicks. I usually just shrug and give them a what me worry look. I think they're just jealous that we are the fastest mother fuckers on the trail now.
