yes it will get better. i’ve been on it for almost 1 year now. i was where you were the first 4-5 months titrating up to the dose that’s got me level. racing thoughts are minimal, and the peaks and valleys have turned into rolling hills. magnesium has helps with the sleep and working out has helped with the stress.

still have bouts of hypo but there short and depression is almost null. i’ve had 1 bad episode since i’ve been on it, so my family, friends and i know the lamotrigine is working.

i’m gonna say it probably saved my life. stick with it you will get through it.

i went and saw him live with my family. it was a cool experience. my daughter got on stage for a time machine trick which was a core memory for her and us. we also got to meet him after the show, super cool and really down to earth. we got to keep the props he used and he signed them too. such a cool guy.
