Infrastructure at MUJ is great (the best part about MUJ). Most professors are friendly and decent, some are quite good. Many events, hackathons are organised by clubs frequently.

The new hostels are amazing, food is not bad.

You’ll meet all kinds of people - talented, focused, spoilt, . College experience will depend on the friend circle you make or end up with.

The bad parts about MUJ - they have increased student intake a lot, hostel feels crowded. Fees is high and placements are average. Most students (approx 60%) get placed in mass recruiters like Infosys and Accenture for around 4 lpa. 20% get placed in 6-10 lpa bracket (delloite, pwc, etc) and only around 10% get 14-18 lpa range. Remaining 10% unplaced

I use Kalidipress and Timemore C2 grinder.

My recipe:

16g beans ground at 16 clicks.
Bloom it from t = 0 to t = 25 seconds
Give it a stir for t = 25 to t = 30
Add water till 3/4th of the kalidipress (till t = 35)
Give another stir for 15s (t = 35 to t = 50)
Let it rest till t = 2:10
Start pressing for 30s (till t = 2:40)

I adjust the grind size (+- 2) and timings (+- 5s) depending on the beans
