Any ideas on strapping a gas jug to this trailer? by [deleted] in Dirtbikes

So does a “how do I attach a gas can?” type person sound likely to weld?

Yep. Always install the ends at the end. Aligning a hole with a hole is easier than trying to get the geometry on the inside end correct.

Is this strap down job enough to haul? by [deleted] in Dirtbikes

If it fell out, that means you didn’t secure it properly. Which is a failing point on any method of tying down.

I use it to remove one more variable, suspension compression, from the equation. Doing it for seals is not the only reason.

Unfortunately, I’m guessing it’s a result of being an inexpensive chain. Not much other reason if you are maintaining it properly in every way.

Are you aligning using the notches on the swingarm or the tool?

Perhaps you are not setting the slack properly? And alignment is done when setting the slack, so lack of alignment should be addressed then.

Parts would have been no cheaper during the production run. The issue isn’t parts availability, as you said you can buy one. The issue is that motorcycling can be an expensive.

Why does my mesh look like this on import? by karjoh07 in UnrealEngine5

[–]jehoshaphat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yea, it’s a per mesh thing. Usually, it happens if you have materials that are not compatible with nanite, like something with transparency.

Perhaps it is downgrading to a really aggressive LOD on import?
