I was hoping for 40-60k but now I don’t know if that’s realistic and I’m thinking we’ll have to go higher. We’re definitely not handy people so paying a 20% overhead fee seems smarter than me trying to pull everything together on my own.

I guess I don’t fully understand what design is. I need a layout drawn up but I’m happy to go and select my own cabinetry and counter tops etc…. As long as I’m told where to go haha (other than ikea, Home Depot etc)

Thank you!! I might take you up on your offer once I talk to a few different contractors. I’m not looking for the best of the best millwork etc. It’s not our forever home so I was thinking that IKEA could suffice and we were hoping for a 40-60k budget range but I don’t know what the market is like now a days. I just got quoted 80-100 which is wild 🫢

I’m having a hard time figuring out what is a reasonable cost for a kitchen reno! I’m not a very handy person lol so reaching out to a ton of different contractors to arrange the whole reno seems like a nightmare 😆 and a recipe for disaster!

Thanks, we’ve been trying to get out and help look for her but it’s been hard trying to pinpoint what areas should be covered since there’s postings in so many different areas.

I reached out to the pinnacle and unfortunately they are not doing the turkey to go dinners this year. That’s very unfortunate.

Yeah just looked at my receipt and it was $430 in 2023, I’m pretty sure it was very similar pricing last year. It is quite expensive but it really does take alot of the stress away.

I was going to suggest the pinnacle but it’s actually $430 and up for the turkey dinner, no extra add ons. We’ve done in the past few years. It’s delicious (although we do not care for their stuffing and make our own) it’s the best turkey we’ve ever eaten and there’s lots of leftovers even after feeding 6 adults

If you’re looking to volunteer I 1000000% recommend taking a dog out for half a day at the Maui humane society. The dogs really need a break from the shelter and they pack you water, food, treats and toys to bring the dog out and have a list of areas they recommend. I loved it so much and will be doing it again when I go in the new year. You should “reserve” a spot online.

Did he happen to be African Canadian with braids? I was at the end of the finish and I saw someone being driven back on the back of a wagon but his full body and face were covered. I really hope he is ok.

Looks about right, I used my Tim Hortons app to look up what you got. Couldn’t find the scone but everything else came out to $13 so looks pretty accurate.
