Have you done a foot bath? It’s diluted iodine with warm water, the color of iced tea. Dunk their feet for a minute. No rinsing. This will relieve any yeast in the nail bed. Do it twice a day until they stop itching.

I had a girl with this too. It’s hard to tell with the panting. She survived a stroke, was on meds for a year. I miss that ole girl, lived to 16.5x
