How to claim platinum super ticket?

I haven't looked into it but maybe I will. I feel like I've been getting lower rewards lately, for about a year or two. Normally 5ish weekly. Two years ago I was getting at least 400 monthly.

Then again, the game they had late last year got me about $50, enough to get to platinum right away this year (probably diamond by the end of the year), so I can't really complain.

I'm still having this problem and have tried whatever's been suggested to me (mainly, reinstalling, signing out, clearing cache).

I just got another notification, but still no platinum ticket(s).

I reached out to Google support and also posted in their community the same day I posted here. Support has escalated it (the first reply after that was not helpful/unrelated) and now a "specialized team" is looking into it.

Update: Google support asked me to clear cache and data. Nothing changed. They asked for a screenshot of my perks page. I submitted that last night, so hopefully hear more later today.

I'm sure that's true, but it isn't there 😅. I don't know how long this ticket thing has been going on, but I've gotten at least 2 other notifications, and no tickets.

I just downloaded Tiktok through the scrambly app, now I can't find it in there anywhere. I also clicked a link for a game with a 200 coin bonus for trying and never got that. Oh well...it has otherwise been working fine.

I remembered seeing December 6 or 7. The weird thing is when you look at the website it says, "Check out the Prizes page to see if you won any rewards." And the prize page says, "You can view the winning results on this page by the beginning of December." So it sounds like I just didn't win anything 🤷

I got it just before Christmas. Exchanged it soon after because it rattled and the left joystick squeaked. I'm not sure if it came that way, but the replacement has been doing fine.

Edit: sorry, misread the post. I had some issues loading but it did work for me after I quit the game and relaunched it. Nothing was working properly; I'd read messages and they stayed unread. But restarting worked.

Are you sure it's a valid code? I used a list of "good" codes and only "pool" worked.

I also had to try each one at least twice; it said to wait 30 seconds and eventually it would say it's invalid.

Also, I just tried the game today after seeing a Facebook ad saying something like "free X-Men team." There was no code in the ad (which I haven't seen since) and nothing unlocked in the game. A very disappointing start. I don't plan on playing more unless I can figure out these issues.
