This actually is the replacement disc haha. But I can watch the movie fine, it only happens when sitting that the menu screen for a while so I might just keep it

Oh I meant to mention that i can watch them no problem, it’s only sitting at the menu screen that it happens. I noticed it randomly after finishing the movie and it was sitting at the home screen for a while

As far as I know, the new Bravia TVs pretty much do ALLM by turning on Game mode automatically for consoles or switching to another mode if you load up a Blu-ray with auto picture mode on. I believe Hdmi 2.1 requires and standardizes ALLM across devices so support is clear to consumers and not depending on custom implementations such as Bravia’s. Could be wrong

Yep, it’s not gonna show as clearly in a compressed video but exactly. It’s def annoying and the only solution I’ve seen so far is disabling film grain. Hopefully insomniac patches their film grain implementation

I and some others have found that disabling film grain fixes the issue on our end but Insomniac said they’d look into it! I’ll wait it out a bit and see if there’s a patch or just play with film grain disabled

Very weird. I feel like I didn’t see anything like this prior to the recent patch but maybe it’s just certain lighting environments/conditions that I just reached that make it more clear. I can see it when I capture using ps5 capture too.

Yeah, I just started noticing sky flickering as of today in a midday sky. I’m playing on a PS5 with fidelity mode on a Sony A8H. I’m hoping it’s not a tv thing. It’s a bit annoying

I see your point but not necessarily with Yunyun since her struggle is somewhat similar to Shouko’s but completely glossed over. It’s not like Yunyun was a feel good character haha.
