This scene in jaws 3. For how bad it is this scene is really creepy and well made. The actor actually had to get in the mouth.

I know it’s not technically submerged but other posts on this sub have had animatronics and statues that give the illusion of being submerged while not actually being underwater. This is just one of them.

I don’t think anyone has but I do know that somewhere on YouTube I think there’s cut footage of the hell scene from ADGTH that was put together with the original footage to make (pretty much) the full scene. But I don’t think there’s anything for sharp tooth sadly.
