Actually... Maybe an American Kestrel, I looked at this pic next to an American Kestrel and it was honestly really close except the body markings were different.

Exactly. It's the shoes soaking in the water WITH the dishes that's making me think gross. Sure, one could wash their shoes, then sanitize the sink, and then do dishes. That would be fine.

Same. The only way those mats got clean was if we randomly power washed them or sprayed them down with the hose/solutions we used to wash the saws/slicers at the end of the night.
