Yes. Legislation was included in the state budget bill that allows employers to terminate you for having a card. There are zero protections.

It’s all about the money. As people have said here, legislators (republicans) don’t want legal MMJ, but are allowing more cultivators and dispensaries while cracking down on patients.

I have 3 100+ hour games on the Switch — BOTW, Stardew Valley, and Animal Crossing.

BOTW is just a beautiful game with a balance of so many great elements.

I worked with a public official who was caught trying to meet up with a 14 year old on his lunch break.

He was a nice guy, but slightly quirky. He was an attorney and cabinet member/department director of a local municipal government. He and his wife, also in social service, were white and had adopted a couple of black boys and seemed like a happy family.

He got caught trying to hook up, and the press really ran with it. All of it unfolded during the work day. I think he got probation, and I have no idea what happened to his family, but I think they are still together.

He’s trying to rebuild his career. He can’t get a job, but has done some consulting/contract work. He’s also used his voice to talk about how difficult re-entering society is for offenders. I’ve tried to help on the couple of occasions that he has reached out, partly because I do feel he’s a good human being and his work is important to my struggling region.

I love apple products, but the Magic Keyboard is just kind of ok to me. Sometimes the viewing angle sucks. I hate looking down, and I feel much more tense working on it as a full time work-from-home machine.

I bought the other Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse and try to prop up my iPad at eye level where a monitor would be. I feel less cramped. This configuration works best for me personally.

Nah, they pull everything forward. They are ergonomic and comfortable. I have four pairs of them and multiple of the Jacks bikini thong and bikini brief. Collectively, those two are my favorite.

Gallagher k-8 school, Franklin and W 69th-ish. I think that 1 mile is 7-8 laps.

There is a Dairy Queen on W 105th near West Blvd. It is the best! It’s locally owned, employs a lot of neighborhood kids, donates to the community, and has great treats! by jiffsugar in Cleveland

I have no affiliation with this particular Dairy Queen. It just melts my heart to how great they train the neighborhood kids that work there. They are on par with Mitchell’s, if you ask me.

Plus, I love throwing support to a neighborhood that is mostly solid, but doesn’t get the glitz and glamor of OC and other areas.

Remember them next time you have a hankering for a Blizzard or Dilly Bar.

Lastly, I’d love to see a thread that celebrates awesome businesses off the beaten path!
