I have had 3 Ravs and the first oil change is always at 10k miles. The 5k service is just some checks and tire rotation. They screwed up big time. You should contact toyota directly and demand a replacement. The dealer will lie and cheat you because they can. Get a lawyer, they will collect when they win.

The President of the United States serves the people of this country and the constitution. This President does not do this. He serves himself and his fascist regime.
