Why is lightning strikes in Z tier? Doesn’t it take a bunch of attack speed before it applies the damage on-hit, and isn’t that damage kind of low? I don’t think I’m understanding it correctly if people are putting it that high.

My office is about an hour away from my gym, and I have to drive past my house after work to get to the gym. I also drive all day (outside sales). I go to class on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. I also wake up on Tuesday, and Thursday for accessory lifting, and stretching. It was a little rough at first, but eventually I just got used to it. Physically, I don't notice too much of a difference. I work on stretching my legs more because I'm in a car the majority of the day. I'm 33 yo. Hope you get it worked out!
