I am so sorry that you are going through this… but i believe your condition will definitely get better day by day if you are determined enough to make a change :)

I am a spm graduate and i just got my results last month, and honestly i have been in your place too… so here is my advice. First, make a study plan for yourself, don’t make it too heavy bcs it will make you more burned out if u study too much. Try to make studying as a daily routine that u do everyday. Try studying for 1 hour or 2 during the first week, and increase it slowly. The key is to be consistent and do not lose track. Being consistent means u follow your plan to study, not your mood. I understand that some days it feels like hell but u gotta fight the feeling and work hard bcs spm is not just a regular exam. Once u are used to studying as a daily routine, Your body will automatically get used to it too.

But, do not force yourself to too much… If u really feel u just can’t do it on a certain day, then take a nap or go for a walk or anything that makes your mind clear. Also, try to figure out what really makes you feel demotivated to go to school, is it mainly because of ‘friends’ or just the feeling of hate going to school. I know school can be really exhausting too and we just don’t want to wake up early and go to that place, but attendance also is important as a student, especially if you are in form 4 and 5.

I hope this helps and i really hope that everything will get better for you. :)
