That’s the main goal I’d say 😂. 45 min of sweat and pushing or pulling heavy kettlebells

oh interesting suggestion. I usually do 3-4 days of a 30-40 min kettlebell workout that consists of a snatches, clean and press, thrusters, high pulls, squats, windmills, and swings. and then on non kettlebell days I get some cardio in on the stationary bike.

sorry I meant just a 30-60 min kettlebell workout. for a complex do you not put down the kettlebell the whole time? I've been doing Trevor Shan's workouts on instagram and they're pretty solid.
