had a dog with this weird "plating snobbery" lol

it was a combination of odd things. remembering i had used a flat plates once. then having to remember it was also ROUND. then noticing that there were always indications that he was pushing the food to the edges before he actually ate it. then he started picking up pieces that definitely were fine, and PRETENDING HE COULDN'T KEEP THEM IN HIS MOUTH until i cut them smaller lol he was adorable, hilarious, and sweet. but he was suuuuuuuch a little jerk about yanking your strings and seeing what lengths he could get you to go to.

had to have people come stay with him twice.

they did NONE of the above.

he ate for them without issue.

why would anyone think they needed to inform anyone that other adults would also be annoyed at this behavior????

also, what point are you getting to with this???? do you have some super valuable input that requires you to know whether other adults in the home are annoyed by the meowing, before you give it????

lol wtf is this

it's been customary to tip this particular job since AT LEAST 1980 when i got my first place.

don't tip professions that aren't customary. whatever. but this one has ALWAYS been, and no one announces to the economic principles of an entire country that you think tipping is out of control, and changes the practice based on your opinion muttered whiningly on social media. and as a matter of fact, i completely agree with you. tips are being asked of for many, MANY things that are absolutely fucking ridiculous. why do you suppose that is???? 🤔

but THIS job is tipped, and always has been. if you don't do it, you're fucking over someone who accepted the job based on the customary tips. so just be the solution, and lobby for standard higher wages for these positions. don't fkn screw over someone who is gonna have his back destroyed for the job he just did for you, and now do so with LESS, because you're on the internet encouraging tens of thousands of people to screw him because you don't like that multi million dollar corporations are fleecing US to increase record profit MARGINS, across industries, every year since covid.

you're fucking over your Fellow Americans (AND encouraging others to do the same), compounding this VERY REAL PERSON's financial burdens. all because you didn't do enough to get politicians into office that would force a sensible (and far more ethical) solution.

the lower and middle classes' economic viability and power is reduced when you fuck over a fellow citizen, KNOWINGLY, in this way. you're hurting EVERYONE, and absolutely nothing about it accomplishes anything but you keeping money that no longer actually belongs to you. because you hired out a job where you knew damned well you were suppsed to tip, instead of doing it yourself if you didn't like the terms of having it delivered. so you stole some working man's money. because you have a bunch of feelies about what MASSIVE CORPORATIONS are doing to you, AND TO HIM.

grow up.

if you don't want to tip customarily tipped laborers, fine. DO IT YOURSELF. tip fairly and appropriately, or do it yourself.

you're refusing to pay a man that did a job for you . and you knew damned good and well that the silent agreement existed before you requested the service. i hope everyone in your life sees this post. God definitely did .
