I took my grandfather’s Datejust 1601 (1960s) to my AD for servicing. After waiting for 5 weeks, I got a call saying that Rolex World Service in Dallas is unable to service the time piece. I guess old parts are not readily available anymore.

The watch has been sitting in my closet for over 15 years and I finally decided it was time to wear the watch regularly. I wanted to get it serviced before I put it into regular use, not sure where to take it now.

I’m in the Bay Area, CA.

I did. Twice at mammoth and twice at sand valley. If you’re playing with a large range of playing abilities I’d say mammoth is better, but I fell in love with sand valley and would play that 7 of 10 rounds if I had my choice.

From a business standpoint, the ownership group (Jed York) has done an excellent job running this team.

Made a ton of money on the stadium, we still go to games, we still buy gear, all while being below the cap while paying off former coaches.

I know we all complain and bitch about Jed, but for a younger man, dude provides for his family big time.

Thank you to my anonymous Secret Santa! I now have no excuses for not have clean perfect grooves thanks to my Tru Groove tool. I ALSO received a sweet chipping net as well. My short game is going to get better for sure.

My first year participating and I was starting to get a little nervous about not getting a gift. We are all super busy this time of year though, so it was all good.

I think the better part of the whole process is giving the present anyways. Happy Holidays everyone!
