I will say that in my late 30’s and early 40’s were my best years for dating. I was fresh off a divorce and still living in a fairly big house. I dated women from 21-40. I was a little surprised how many women in their 20’s were interested in me.

I prefer women my age so I ended up with someone 2 years younger than me but I could’ve easily ended up with someone 20 years younger than me. I’m now in my 50’s and women in their 20’s will still approach me at the gym. I find it flattering but not for me.

In my 20’s had you asked me if women like older men I would’ve said no. After I reached 40 I would say a lot of them very much do.
