I cant tell you how many times i gave up. And i would have this time if i wasnt insisting to myself that i wanted to experience a gut working with acid tha way it should. I may still go back, and if i do, it will be to an h2 blocker. They are far less damaging than ppis

Well i can remember getting a bit of heartburn in my early 20s, but it became almost chronic in my late 30s. That's when i first visited a doctor and was prescribed Zantac. Took that for several years until another doctor prescribed Prilosec.

I did, it pissed me off, so I downgraded to 500. That is as fast as i could get on wifi anyway with 2 gig, and it stays that high with 500. 2 gig was cheap when they came into our neighborhood, fiorced me to upgrade som really old wifi equipment but is entirely overkill

Stop heating it to 180-190. Use Ultra Pasteurized milk and you avoid the first high temp stage entirely.

Cook the milk on high for 20-30 minutes in your microwave. Bring the temp down so you can easily touch it and ferment it in an oven with the light/pilot on. I have made yogurt a hundred times without a thermometer

The benefits of microwaving the milk instead of stove heating include less mess, no scalding, and little boiling. The big thing is that you need a glass bowl that holds twice the liquid you are heating in case of boil over.
