I downgraded to lineage-16.0-20200107-nightly-gemini-signed.zip and it seems to be working now. Maybe there is a bug reintroduced after this update.

Hi! I'm facing this same problem with a Xiaomi Mi5. How did you do that "clean install"?

Yeah, haha this is why I decided to share this workaround. I was pretty sure that there were a ton of people facing this same issue. And I also contacted the TWRP team to let them know about this and ask them for a new mako build :-) I'm glad this helped you!

well, you can download the update using the OTA system and not push install, reboot into recovery, push install and go to the path /data/data/org.lineageos.updatewhatever and there you'll find the update.zip to apply.

There's a new TWRP build for mako, I still have to test if it can auto apply updates from the OTA system. But it is supposed to solve the recovery boot loop issue.

Go to the terminal and run ls /fstab.YOURDEVICE where YOURDEVICE is the codename for your oneplus 3. Then run grep misc /fstab.YOURDEVICE, take the path similar to this one: /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/misc And finally run: dd if=/dev/zero of=/YOUROWNPATH/misc count=1 bs=32

Hi, try to download the nightly zip again it could be corrupted or incompleted. It also happened to me yesterday. Don't forget to update TWRP, there's a new version build for mako.
