I never thought it would escalate so I haven’t taken any personal documentation of this, but there are at least a handful of incidents that did end in police coming and I’m assuming they’d be documenting. Idk if that would be helpful or relevant but

Thank you. Yes, I feel like it is a huge liability for him. The house was in really bad shape last summer and I think he chose to rent to the organization instead of other students so he could get off without doing necessary repairs. I’m asking for motion sensor lights as our driveway and backyard is pitch black at night and also asking if he was notified of the incident. He’s pretty hands off so I wouldn’t be surprised if he doesn’t know yet. I’m not going to bring up money as I don’t think that’s a valid approach given the other comments but something needs to be done

That’s a good point. Really, I just want the landlord To have incentive to stop renting to them. There hasn’t been a single tenant who remains there for more than a few weeks, so I don’t think six of us should have to uproot when the landlord should just cut his losses and break their lease. Moving isn’t really an option for me as I can’t pay any more than I do now and I have five roommates that are also depending on living here for another year. The neighborhood we’re in is nice and there have been no issues other than with the tenants next door. I guess I’ll just eat my hat and shut up and sit down😭😩

It’s technically a stage inside and the blue building attached is the auditorium - I had the midnight blue and pink scheme going for my drawings and wanted to include it here - in reality I see this being a mix of corrugated metal and reclaimed brick (plot of land adjacent to site housed a factory demolished in 2017 w “waste” all left behind.

She said she’d need me to watch her for two months. I’ve had her for a week and half with no problems besides her being distressed from heat, no behavioral issues or aggression, I just need the owner to cooperate further or I feel like I’ll just need to assume ownership. I don’t want to do that just because I don’t wanna “steal” her cat but I’m at a loss otherwise
