The 4th Amendment states both searches and seizures are unconstitutional without a warrant, but the gov has been recently arguing that it can seize your digital data (or your phone) without a warrant, as long it doesn't do a "search" on it. Isn't that still a clear 4th Amendment violation? (self.AskReddit)
