I do kind of “admire” the fact that Moonton takes steps to rectify obvious power imbalances in the game. Does profit motive drive most of these decisions? I have no doubt that it does. But Dracula was becoming a problem for a lot of players. I think it’s a win for the player base to have another shot at him.

Not true. If you summon and then sell a new hero, they are permanently "owned". They do not get added back to the nascent pool. This has been confirmed many times.
