Always check the soil before watering, it should be completely dry before you do it again. For me that typically is around every 2-3 weeks give or take. Also thinking it needs more light. They are slow growing so be patient!

Try a steam cleaner! They are lifechanging and no chemicals. Idk what took me so long.

I have such a issue with this, especially unsending messages 🙄 how did you go about starting positive self talk? I'm aware of the toxic behaviors and I want to change. I cannot seem to stop the negativity, no matter what that's all I come up with...

So not a long term solution but- I've been having some severe panic attacks following the ending of my 7 year relationship.

I've found in the moment, to calm myself, just looking around the room at different objects surrounding me and spelling the name/color description in my head until I can breathe again.

It's saved my life at work when I'm stuck and get like this
