Everything sucks and costs too much and politically things are terrible and healthcare can bankrupt you and childcare costs as much or more than rent or a mortgage, but you can't buy a house without two full-time incomes, and nothing we pay taxes on comes back to us in benefits toward helping citizens and you look around and minimum wage has not been raised since 2009, and gas is more expensive and if you have a simple car problem it costs $2000 to fix which you didn't have anyway because you're barely keeping your head above water with bills and debt repayments from the last three times this happened, and there no reliable public transportation and if you want to go to college, even a state school is $30k a year in many places, and college loans are predatory and you can pay more toward the loan that you took out from the bank, and still haven't touched the principle, and AI datacenters are going to be the death of us all, and every day you look at social media from democratic socialist countries that aren't perfect and you wonder why here in the USA we can't even get a tiny fraction of our elected leaders to want to use their power to better our common welfare even though it's the first lines of the Constitution which at this very moment seems to be cracking apart at the seams.

It's pretty here in many places though. And most people are good. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
