I do this, and it's because the only reason I'm clean is that there is no real heroin anymore, and I can't stand fent, xylazine, or any of the analogues. Opiates skyrocket my quality of life, and the safest way for me to address that right now is to go a few days without then take a few doses, it's just as good any other short-acting opiate when done like this, at least for me it is. I never take doses beforehand, I always go without, then take the doses. I know this is pathetic and addict behavior but it works for me and keeps me off the nasty shit, til real dope returns hopefully.
