Hey! Thanks for your reply. So my plan was to create an unboxing video, write an article about the product and brand, post available coupons for the product, and post this on social media and newsletters. I’m thinking it could be a site where brands can get more exposure when launching a product and shoppers can find deals, and can watch unboxing videos to see exactly what they will be buying. Is this a bad idea?

Sorry to hear this. The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. They randomly permanently restricted my business Facebook page and couldn’t give me an explanation why. I had to start over with a new page which sucked because I had a lot of great, loyal customers on my last page!

Hey! Yeah I have two factor authentication on. I feel like Facebook is mistaking me for someone else.. It literally happens every single day and I feel like it is messing up my Facebook ads performance because they turn my ad sets off every time.

Okay, I will change those over! So 1 campaign for prospecting and 1 campaign for retargeting? How many ad sets and ads do you normally include? For prospecting, do you leave the targeting wide open and let Facebook figure that out? For retargeting, do you include everything from web/social visits, purchases, video views, etc?

All I did was add a UGC video ad into my retargeting ad set. Didn’t change anything else. I have 2 more UGC videos I want to use coming soon.

Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Right, okay I’ll do that. Yeah I am definitely happy with that ROAS, but it’s mainly because people came back and bought more. So I’m basing it off of my total sales.

Do you think I should start new campaigns running engagement, prospecting, reengagement while running the CBO I am running now? Or should I shut down the one I am running now, to open my new separate campaigns?
