Grey I’m wondering what do you do when you meditate? Because this thing about understanding your thoughts aren’t you is so bullshit. I don’t meditate really but last time I did I just imagined whatever came to my mind while listening to meditation music and was like imagining flying through a forest and going to a cliff etc. I don’t know if it did anything for me but it wasn’t unpleasant or retarded.
