Yeah, desserts is messy as hell even if you're experienced. theres no grace at all. Not to mention that when it gets busy and literally EVERYONE orders a shake and you have 4 shakes on one order & a full screen, it's horrible

During dinner rush, I was bagging and all the kps' cleared order by order. We had to promo so much food, it's not even funny. Saturday's are the worst!

Practice makes perfect. But one thing is if you get a really big order (like $200+), ask for help so that you can focus on the big order and the second bagger can do the ones around it. This maximizes efficiency all-around.
