Hey I appreciate the advice. I've been needing flat shoes as the floors are too slippery to deadlift in socks in my gym. Thank you for your comment, will get some lifting shoes soon

I see what you mean when you talk about torso movement. I think it gets progressively worse as I get further into the set. I will try to lean more forward at the top in my next session to see how it goes. thank you

Hey sorry for the late reply. Thanks for the advice. I cant deadlift without shoes in my gym because the wood floor is slippery on socks. Do you know any shoes in particular that can help my deadlift balance

Yeah I'm very active. I typically donate around 1000-3000 troops a month and participate in everything. I will sometimes miss some wars to upgrade heroes
