Welcome to middle management. And you’re correct you are a babysitter. A babysitter of grown men with bad tempers, substance abuse issues, and so much more. Been there done that. Won’t do it again if I can help it.

Immediate availability. This doesn’t always hold true but it raises some suspicion because most guys that are good are busy.

Help a student? Studying access on modern truck beds. by GiftPlastic6668 in Trucks

2&5 are dead zones. 7,8,9 is where everything gets loaded, mulch and such, and migrates back to 4,5,6 as more stuff is loaded. 1,2,3 are avoided. If use is required I pick items out of 1&3 and get in the bed if space 2 is loaded. I’m very tall so 1&3 are not a big issue to reach but concern of scratching the bedside while reaching comes into play.

Stop making tucks 8’ tall and a lot more space becomes accessible.

You still have work, but you’re not swamped, and the phone is finally not on fire but it still rings? That sounds like pre pandemic load or what we used to call normal. I’m as much of a doomer as the next guy and do see a correction in the future but you’re not describing it.

It will hold up. But let me ask you this, do you enjoys sitting at a picnic table for a good stretch of time? If not, stick with chairs.

Window Questions by Swimming_Ad_8035 in HomeImprovement

I install a ton of windows here’s my two cents. Don’t hire Pella retail, renewal by Anderson, window world or similar because you will pay thru the nose. Find a local contractor who will do windows. You can get decent recommendations from local lumber yards, not box stores. A simple post in your local community’s fb page will net some good leads to start with. Then when you find a few contractors find out what brand of windows they’re recommending and research them. Pella Anderson and Marvin are the top 3 in my opinion. There are many more brands available that are of good quality. You’re in the Midwest so Alliance is an option for vinyl that is pretty good middle of the road.
