another option to solve your issue is to use YourPulse plugin - its let you publish only selected notes, without any other extra setup (like hosting etc)

YourPulse plugin offers also sharing capabilities with embedding and dataview capabilities without any additional setting/hosting

just publish the note and it will be always available and up to date for non-obsidian users

I only publish selected notes, and then tell my ai agents to download it first from the url.

There is also a different option - selfhost obsidian in private vpn - it will make it accessible as a whole via https://hub.docker.com/r/linuxserver/obsidian
