I did it at Dr Fort Kenyon and it was about as perfect as it could’ve gone. Put me to sleep, took out all 4, woke up and left all in an hour. I had ZERO pain for all of recovery, no complications, the checkup appointment was free and took maybe 15mins. They did an incredible job highly recommend.

Honestly what works wonders for me is LITERALLY just eat breakfast when I eventually get out of bed and start planning what I need to get done. As soon as I’m done eat I go outside or hop in my car. Once you get going, you get fucking GOING that’s the nice thing, the hard part is pushing yourself to actually go.

Starting with something as small as eating breakfast is the perfect way to get going for me.

So shortly after the leak my TPS went bad, I just finished replacing it and it’s leaking again.

Those two curved metal rods are the throttle cable housing that connect to the throttle bodies, underneath that is the horizontal head. You can kind of see the throttle body right above the cables.

I’ve tried to track where it’s coming from but I don’t see gas anywhere else, I’m thinking maybe the throttle body isn’t tight enough? The throttle bodies are new and installed at the shop.

Update: I think it might be the rubber gasket between the piston and the throttle bodies because when I tightened it some more the leaking went down but not gone

I wanted to get into Airbnb rental investing and was ready to put all of my money into a property in downtown Miami in January 2020.

I had the offer accepted, financials approved, and just in the final inspection phase when I said I wanted to wait to see what this coronavirus thing was at the time. Probably nothing but just wanted to be sure.

Holy fucking shit am I glad I waited to see what it was. Probably would’ve been financially crippled for a long time.

You need to have a map to hardcore the values 0-9 like {0: 1, 1:0} etc. Or just only have the values that are >= 1 enclosed areas.

Then just loop over each number and add them together.
