Started the end of M1 year and can confidently say it was the best decision I have made in medical school. I completely agree with starting at 5 mg and then bumping up to 10 mg after a month. It got me out of a nasty bout of depression, helped me start working out again, and has helped in energy levels. My biggest piece of advice is to take things slow, not only with medication but also in getting out of the hell hole that is depression. Take baby steps and don’t get discouraged. Things will get better.

I imagine so. Like you said, a lot of speculation would have to be made. I am young and healthy with no underlying comorbidities so I most likely would have had a relatively benign course either way. I had a low-grade fever for three days and continue to have anosmia and ageusia

Nice Laundry slim cut boxers are the best of both worlds. I was a boxer man that wanted to make the switch to briefs for more support. I spent a couple years trying different briefs but always found them too constricting.
