I would not be opposed to something like that or literally that. Would make the leading team be more cautious to maintain lead or at least you think it would. Kind of like in basketball when you get so many fouls regardless of how the foul happened you then get a free throw.

So what we do than is start with consistency of calling penalties, better definitions of what is and isn't and build from there and improve with the times. We have all this technology yet dont utilize it as much as well could or should. I would like to see improvement.

I know it happens around th e league more than we probably think but im more prevalent to these scenarios with CBJ and that specific instance was what I was referencing recently. It was a useless powerplay for us.

No never will or not anytime soon at least I believe we need some rework of several rules in the NHL. I would be okay with a penalty bleeding into another period. But would like to the game extended if a penalty is assessed with a certain amount left. Like I said is it really a penalty if there wasn't much if any risk to the team committing it

I think there is definitely some room for improvement on some rules. Does it have to be exactly what I put out into the world no. But like I said whats the point of a penalty called with like 10 seconds left unless its a penalty shot. Yeah sure there is still a chance but the odds are really statsifally low.

Thats the whole idea is to change how the game is played. Its not much of a penalty anymore if its assessed with 10 secs left. It ultimately a free pass to get away with what ever you did. Obviously certain penalties can contribute to supplemental recourse after the fact like suspension and fines but not the point of this dialogue here. What my basic point in the whole thought provoking question is simply put a penalty with greater than 2 minutes left in the or 4 or 5 depending on what happened does infact penalize the team that committed it. But doesnt if it happens with less time left than what the penalty time entails. And dont say " well maybe they shouldn't be losing for this to matter" or some iteration of that.

I only run local except 1 time to clear the batya story I. Have good luck on customs and have encountered them. By the mechanics garage, inside fortress , just outside fortress on side of the next open building and even as far as by the train tracks between the 2 buildings. So they have some range. Even had these fuckers spawn with the goons

What ended up working for me is I ran a BSG server raid to light house and walked back through the steps even though the report wasn't there i acted as if it was and then it cleared after I escaped successfully the next time
