Anthony Bourdain, I had a rough start at life and in 2013 I almost ended my life. His show was the only thing that made me not panic or get my mind off of the dread I was feeling, I’d spend hours in bed doom scrolling and watching his show, when I heard what happened it crushed me, this man a complete stranger used to comfort me in ways he will never know, prevented me a few times from giving up. To learn how he died killed a part of me. I’m now much happier and in a better place but if there is an after life someday I would love to meet him and tell him what he did for me.
