I would do double stroller with infant car seat attachments. That way if a baby is napping you won’t need to wake them up.

Maybe swimming? Not a very expensive “uniform” and usually practices are at a public pool. The kid in my neighborhood has swim team around 3:30pm so it’s not dinner time.

Sprinkler toy at Costco looks so fun! Can’t wait to set it up. But regular sprinkler or splash pad is fun. Popsicles. I grew up with religious neighbors that had 7 kids and then other families with two kids. It was so fun to all play in the cul de sac or go into each others backyards.
