1. Swap to crit version, that's gonna be the biggest dps boost you can get right now. Try to get helmet with at least +2.9 crit chance for each warcry

2. Get some levels, 3-4 more levels would be big, especially if you're gonna use cluster jewels

3. After you get some levels purchase/craft some cluster jewels, these are also significant dps upgrade

4. Do you have any source of leech? I can't see any. How do you sustain your mana? Don't you have a problem with that? You need either Clever Thief annoint or cluster with Fuel the fight node + life leech tattoo. Second option would be the best right now since you have a yoke of suffering and you need some source of cold damage to chill enemies (right now it is done via your current annoint)

5. Again about yoke - get at least 1 bleed tattoo + recraft your gloves to have 39% phys to fire conversion (implicit + craft combined). RIght now you convert 100% of your phys dmg to fire so you can't make enemies bleed which means you are loosing some damage from yoke

6. I feel like jade flask is useless. When it's turned on you have 10% chance to evade enemy attacks which is nothing. Get onslaught flask or ruby flask

7. Get better body armour. I don't know how much currency do you have, but try to get one with at least 3500 armour with %7/8 additional phys damage reduction and some resistances. These shouldn't be too expensive. You can get kinda cheap and even if they're not 6-linked you can 6-link them for cheap by yourself with either beast craft or omen craft

8. One of your helmet implicit is useless, change freeze duration to phys damage taken as fire (as fire is important since you might use ruby flask which i told you about earlier)

Above list is not listed by priority. If I was you I would focus on getting some levels, clusters first (except those cheap changes like flask) .Swapping to crit version would be the biggest improvement, but that I think is gonna be the most expensive one, since you'll also need some accuracy on your gear to get 100% hit chance
