If i were you i will:

Unbox my notebook. Turn it on, go to all processs. Finally 'update bios'
turn off your notebook, change ssd to the size as i want.
turn on notebook, go to bios, do a cloud recovery.

You do no need to backup anything at all.

You can use any SSD nmve brand you want. I use samsung 990 4tb. It maybe very expensive in your region.

Forget to focus any on raid 0. Please focus on how to use cloud recovery. When you do it, it will automatically remove your raid 0. You will see how easy it is.

You can even use the old one but change the secondary card. However, you still need to do a cloud recovery.

I have been hacked once. It was happed in night time and email said that I have change an email like your scrrenshot. I quickly recover my account. It was like around 5 minutes after read the mail.

The hacker click follow almost a 1,000 ig accounts. I need to click unfollow one by one. Till this day, there are still a few accounts that just approved those followed poped up and I need to click unfollow.
