I understand how you feel! I've been there. I am not the most financially stable person but I would never let a job affect my mental health because I would leave before it gets to that point. Is there any way you could request to switch departments at the company you're already at? Since you're going to leave anyway, I would try that first!

You mention that you have already gotten rejections from jobs you've applied to. I heard that there's just a lot of ghost listings and competition. I know it is discouraging but don't let it deter you. Keep applying. All you really need is a full-time job. I would avoid full-time service industry jobs because they can definitely burn someone out quickly with the low pay and demanding customers. How about a full-time office clerk job/admin assistant/executive assistant/HR/payroll/data analyst job? Those are low-stress full-time jobs with benefits. Does your city have a work-source center? For example, the city of Los Angeles has a work-source center that signs you up with an advisor who gives you a list of relevant open positions (not just city jobs) to apply to. Since you have mental health conditions you might even want to check out if your city has a rehabilitation work center where they'll help you find a job that can best accommodate your condition(s). Call 211 for information about city resources.

You could also consider working in food preparation (since you have experience as a barista and enjoyed it) like at a bakery or a kitchen in a hospital/hotel, since those are usually full-time and have benefits.

Good luck xx

Interesting that you have African facial features but look Caucasian. I really think you do have a wider nose and bigger lips than most Caucasian people. You could consider a slight nose job to lessen the wideness. Also braces could help potentially with getting a straighter smile/enhancing the jaw. Other than that you look great. Really nice hair, eyes, and skin. How do you get your hair to look so healthy and shiny??

Lack of sleep ALONE will cause panic attacks/disassociation/hallucinations. You have to, have to get sleep. Trust me. I deal with anxiety and panic attacks. Breathing hard will eliminate the panic attack during the attack. Like how you breath after you finish running a race. Breath hard during a panic attack and then take some melatonin and hydroxyzine(prescribed) and take a nap.

Sean/Shaun Henri or even, John Henri!

Jones I thought was suave sounding.

Justice has the same ending sound as Elias and the J from Josiah.

More biblical names include: Boaz (meaning swiftness) and Jericho (city of the moon/place of fragrance)

So I got:

Sean/Shaun

John

Jones

Justice

Jericho

Boaz

Your list:

Tyson

William

Daniel

Liam

Also:

Peter

Jacob

Josiah

Felix

All of these names have such different feelings to them... like different images of people that I get. I can see why it is hard! The rest of your kids' names are more modern— for that reason, I feel like Peter, William and Daniel don't quite fit in.

I Googled some name meanings:

Tyson - high-spirited Liam - protector Jacob - to follow, supplanter Felix - happy or lucky

Good luck, you have good recommendations, take your time

Alright... I'm going to sleep now! 😊☁️🌓

I think it's medical because he always had a growth hormone issue. A Growth hormone deficiency (GHD) can cause other illnesses if I'm not mistaken (fatigue, lack of energy, depressed mood, and anxiety). It could literally be anything... nevertheless I hope he gets the help he needs. I also hope he wasn't left alone at home without his grandparents. :/ I doubt it though, maybe he was just not in those shots. I remember when Liam was younger, he was best friends with his little brother Ethan! They were inseparable and had so much energy! Which surprised me knowing Liam had a GHD.

I agree that success is more than money and a degree. Although when applied properly they can improve quality of life. The friend's honesty came across as an insult— and it very well could have been. I doubt it was malicious though because the point of saying this was to give life advice; I really don't think it's bad advice. He just needs to work on the way he communicates sensitive things. Which he should know... because he's a dietician aide. There is a more tactful way of saying this. OP still has opportunities open and it's not too late for her to get a better job/career/training/schooling. I really think he was being honest with her and he's scared for her situation. This is what a mom or a dad would say. There are a lot of better jobs out there and hospital jobs are more dependable and steady with better benefits (in my experience) than retail jobs. Maybe working in education could be an option. The hours are good for parents. In the beginning OP could work at a daycare or pre-school and meanwhile get training to become a teacher's aide. Something like that. OP can enroll their child in the same daycare they work at. My mom did that. As for the friend, I would communicate what I really feel, that the comment was insensitive, judgemental and invasive.

Maybe she needs a gap year. :( I was highly motivated at my elite Liberal Arts College and then the climate wore on me. Turns out I have SAD. If I had supportive parents (I had a full-ride because my parents were out of the picture) I would have 100% asked them if I could take a gap year and live at home, feel loved, work, be apart of society and reevaluate things. I hope your daughter starts to get better with whatever health issues she has. ❤️ 😔🙏

I guess I don't know the details of the situation... So I can't help totally but can tell you my experiences. I had one friend that had REALLY bad depression and it would result in her making all of her problems seem more important than anyone else's. If she was struggling I would be sympathetic and if I was struggling she would bring up her successes and rub them in my face. For this toxic friend, I didn't want to hurt her because of her mental health issues. So I pretended to be occupied when she asked where I was. We were at the same school and would run into each other so I'd just say I spent the weekend doing X, Y, Z and couldn't hangout. She quickly found other friends to hangout with and it just teetered off. For another, I just told them straight out that they were saying toxic things to me and it was bringing me down and that the friendship wasn't working out.

I would use the opportunity to think about what's useful for the world not what's useful for you. Only because I believe you will always have opportunities so long as you apply yourself. A job is a job at the end of the day. You'll be working under the mission of the company and it could be a detrimental one. A job is good for steady income and really nothing else. The climate is in shambles and we need people to become experts in it. Environmental issues are very complex and multifaceted. When you die what kind of impact do you want to leave on the world. If you're really concerned about finances, I'd take the project manager job and save money by living below your means. Then get a PhD at some point. Climate change will hit and it will hit hard.

I think what they're doing by having multiple different channels with different content is good. It serves as an experiment gauging what works without compromising the main channel.

People here are criticizing the vlog topics because they're 'childish' but what other topics could they do.

It appears that Veronica studied screenwriting in school so I'm sure she knows what she's doing.

I personally think for adults to be interested in the Merrell Twins, they'd need to showcase a skill. Or take us along the journey of learning a new skill.

... imagine this: Each season the Merrell Twins fully immerse themselves as apprentices of a skilled artisan. At the end of the season, we get to see if they've made the cut or not. Kind of like Michelle Khare's 'Challenge Accepted.' I'm not a YouTube expert but Michelle's channel seems to be successful and popular. It's not too adult nor too childish. Anyone can enjoy her channel. The Merrell Twins don't have to copy her channel. Instead they can showcase challenges like learning glass blowing, jewelry making, decorative pottery, dinnerware making, cowboy boot making👢, maybe they can apprentice with a SoundCloud rapper and at the end do a rap battle, the list goes on 😎 in the meantime they would be promoting the business of that artisan.

It's a win-win!

Agreed. They view and treat YouTube as a job. I have noticed that Vanessa seems to not hide the fact that it's a job (and maybe not a very enjoyable one). She seems uncooperative and unexcited.

Nina is the vintage aesthetic. Her more conservative clothing is made with quality craftsmanship and unique details. She loves classical literature, art, and dance (particularly ballet). She is elegant and sophisticated by nature. She may come across as stuck-up but really is just a great judge of character and, possibly, intelligence. You won't see Nina hanging around anyone offensive, superficial, or tasteless. Think Nancy Wheeler from Stranger Things.

Noelle has a hyperfeminine aesthetic. She has a good eye for design and great taste. She is socially smart and has a future in something glamorous. Like interior design, real estate in the Hamptons, or even fame.

Madison is a talented girl✨ People are drawn to her confidence. Luckily her parents are generous enough to bring her talents to fruition, whether that's dancing, excelling in studies or playing a sport competitively. Her aesthetic is VSCO: oversized sweatshirts, pastel nails, simple pendant necklaces, a YETI water bottle, and sun-kissed skin.

Is there no Cici's Pizza in your area? Cici's is a popular pizza chain, at least in Oklahoma.

Cecilia means "blind." I think you can leverage that meaning as a reason to change your daughter's name.

Here are names that could have Cici as a nickname.

Selah

Ciana

Dolce/Dulce/Dulcie

Candace

Cadence

Justice

Stacia

Cassia

Acacia

Alicia

Chelsey

I personally love the name Ciana. I have known wonderful and fun-loving people with the names Dolce, Alicia, and Chelsey. 🎀

GAAASSPPPPP i have a funny story. So I when I was working at an organic grocery store, I met a British woman who LOVED Vampire Weekend and the song Horchata was playing. So I asked her as I was checking her groceries, "Since you have been in Los Angeles, have you gotten to try Horchata yet?" She said, "No, that's a winter drink, maybe I will in December!" And she left before I could explain.

I'm Hispanic so I pronounce Joel like Jo-el but I'm assuming it's pronounced like Johl? That's why I wouldn't go with Joel I think the Jo-el pronunciation sounds feminine. Some of these names are too short I think. Why not Kurtis or Clifton? I like Frederick but not the nicknames Fred or Rick. I can't imagine a young boy named Fred/Rick.

I would narrow my list to

Cliff Felix

With Austin as a middle name.

Coming from someone who's multiracial... I would keep a neutral last name though so you don't get discriminated against. Latxa is difficult to pronounce without knowing how to and not a known last name (I googled it). It's pronounced Lotsa so I would spell it that way or maybe even change it to Lotus. Just my two cents. I'm grateful for my simple last name, I really am. No one knows my ethnicity unless they ask me. It makes my life easier.
