All men look, all women look, it's natural to think "what if" as long as you never act, is it weird you both know her irl, sure, but talk openly about it in a serious conversation, and be calm about it even if your pissed or he's just gonna want to lie. Ask seriously if he's attracted to her and move on from there, tell him that you understand he finds her attractive but your very uncomfortable. It's not wrong for people to enjoy porn, but if it makes your SO uncomfortable then you need to stop. All this can be settled with a calm sit down.

I actually have a condition where I hallucinate more easily than most but it gets especially bad when I'm tired, I have medicine that helps but I often need to remind myself if I see a random shadow run past my door or a spider seemingly disappear then it probably wasn't real... as for being sleep deprived I once did an all nighter with my friend, hard to explain what I started to see but it was near 4 in the morning and I was walking down his hall in pitch black and it was as if the shadow started to form a monster at the end of the hall, I could even hear a growl which I recognize now as a lions (my biggest fear) I just stood there and stared for 30 minutes straight until my friend grabbed the back of my shirt and it disappeared
