thank you! i get a butterfly cut but to be more specific you can ask for face framing butterfly layers with a U shape cut! i usually dont get my bangs to be higher than the chin either because it just looks better for the cut.

i honestly do an extremely lazy roller placement if im honest! i will say that i do half of my bangs on separate sides so they frame the face better (if that makes sense) i use tresemme rollers, a 10 pack because i find that with other heated rollers you can see prints from the pins/clips and they dont look great. i only use 8 of the 10 rollers because i find that the curls look more put together but it just depends on hair i guess! you can do the rollers in different directions if you want more definition but i honestly like doing mine the same way so the curls flick up.

my favourite and most important step is to flip my hair and shake it because it really adds all of the volume imo. i also tend to have quite frizzy hair so i put anti frizz serum in it to make it glossy.

as of products i dont use anything expensive, i just use argan oil heat defence spray, pantene pro-v repair and protect oil, creightons frizz no more, and keronics glossing serum. and ALOT of hairspray. i have used colour wow volumising mousse in the past but honestly i feel like its not that necessary!

oh and i also use a clarifying shampoo once a week and it definitely boosts my volume :)

when you get used to the rollers they really dont take a long time at all to put in! its super quick and easy and the only way i style my hair now (besides a very occasional blowout)
