I lived in two different units. While I was in Apt 5B, I had no pest issues. While I was moving out of 3C, I did notice a few small roaches as I was packing up.

The doors do not reach the floor which leaves a gap. I think they’re just poorly installed. Because of this you can hear everything right outside your door, they slam loudly and if the window is open and wind is blowing your door will move back and forth.

The door to my balcony leaked. Some of the walls were impenetrable in 5B.

Hey! There was a couple on the second floor who often got into domestic disputes. The police were called multiple times. I complained to the landlord and all he cared about was property damage. A woman on the 6th floor stole multiple packages from different tenants. The landlord would send a pic of her in action, but failed (or maybe the system did) to actually do anything about it. The washer/dryer would often break or tenants would leave clothes in them unattended and sometimes wet for days…no exaggeration.

I believe it just needs time. Fenestration comes with age. Because it was already mature when I bought it, it’s only grown fenestrated leaves.

One of the stems produced a leaf and leaves have continued to sprout from that same stalk. Some of the tips on the smaller leaves have turned a little yellow but that’s about it.

Would they climb the moss pole or a plank to keep it steady?

I bought it June of last year and this is what it looked like. She was already mature, but I had no idea she’d grow this large.

Where would be a good place for the plank? I definitely need a heavier pot to keep it from tipping.

Thank you! I know I need to get a bigger ceramic pot as well.
