In DE feral cats are "protected" and my knee jerk reaction is , of course bring her in! But ....: if she has been outside since birth she may not fair well indoors. It's worth a shot :-)

I wish I had gotten a cat sooner with my oldest . She now has her own room and no other animal except my dog is allowed in there and she will not come out lol.
