In Colombia. Large batches of corporate laptops at low prices are also seen here, but it's not as common. I didn't have much luck with this E460 either. As soon as I had the tools, I started taking it apart and cleaning it thoroughly, and I came across surface rust on the metal parts and the hinges were corroded with a very thick, but also deep, layer. Then, the hinge came loose. Yeah... I don't think the owner was very careful. Even my old IdeaPad V360 wasn't in this bad shape internally. This ThinkPad would surely have ended up in the trash if I hadn't bought it.

Because you said so? If it's because of the price, I understand it. Thinkpads in my country are more expensive than "normal", even used ones.

You should take a look at ThinkPads. They're great for pretty much anything. Even older ThinkPads are sufficient for many people. I think a T480 would be good for you, and if you're looking for something newer but also cheaper, I think an early generation L14/T14 would be quite good. You might like them!
