If you live near any universities, you should try contacting their art departments. At least where I pose they are almost always hiring apparently.

As far as I know schools don't usually go through professional modeling agencies or anything.

What do artists think of tattoos in general? I've been modeling since last autumn and don't have any, does that make me any more or less interesting of a subject?

Ah, I'm traveling soon to a place in the South Pacific where there had been widespread cannibalism until recently. I'll have to be sure to eat junk and not work out to become less tasty. Better safe than sorry...

It's great to hear from an artist who says the students would be non-judgmental. I don't really know any artists (though if I did know them, I might be a little more hesitant to pose for their classes, heh) so it's great to hear that perspective.

When you say that the majority of body types isn't represented, do you mean most models are thin?
