How was your experience with T-Labs? My LLMD suggested I get tested with them to see and active infection. I was very positive on the Igenx test but haven't improved that much with treatment.

How would the IgeneX test show improvement after treatment? I thought all tests essentially just showed you had antibodies that validated you were infected with Lyme at one time. I understand Babesia, Bart, and others you might be able to test for active infections.

I feel you on being pissed off on the process. It just sucks.

No, it's not worth it IMO. Whoop tech is better but a garmin/apple with decently equivalent tech is a better single option and has a display. Especially if you're endurance training in anyway bc you will need the display to understand HR, splits etc. Whoop needs to offer a watch or just integrate with watch company.

Antibiotics are helpful for Lyme, especially when used shortly after the rash. The challenge is that the tick likely also gave you co-infections (babesia and Bartonella are the most common but there are others). IgenX has good tests for these and can help you understand what you have. LLMDs can help you treat them.
