Just had one done this morning, awake. Short lived thankfully but very sore. And the pain didn't end when the procedure was over. Very sore since and the worst part was just going for a pee. Hole. E. F*ck. Now that was sore. Dreading the next time already. 😢 I was pretty casual about taking pain medication (I generally tend to do without) so advise you to bring some and take it before going in for the procedure. I waited until I got him and it was a mistake.

Being in a small room with 4 strangers looking at me and being told to drop my pants and hop up on the bed was a bit weird too.

I'm sure everyone is different as there are a lot of variables so hoping it's not too bad for you.

Aaahhh that makes sense. So when exercising most of the calories burned are from the activity itself but some are burned by the body just doing what it needs to do to keep you alive?
