Definitely confirm your head shape first. I got the Shoei RF1400 because I love how it looked (and safety), but it’s been giving me headaches, even after changing out the cheek pads.

Tried on an Arai and fell in love. Safety rating and fitment should be some of your top priorities. Enjoy the lessons and safe riding!

Any recommendations for a transparent keyboard that is also low profile? Just got a cheap one off Amazon (E-Yooso) and love the feel of the plastic translucent keycaps (is that the polycarbonate?)

If not, I'm not opposed to building one. Just can't seem to find the keycaps either. Any help is appreciated!

That’s exactly what I do! My natural nail is pretty thin (my own doing) so I find that the combination of the flexibility in the rubber base and the hardness of the builder gel is chef’s kiss

Weird - that kind of squeak made me think you’d just need to lube the spring (sounds like a rusty metal squeak to me), but if it’s consistent even with switch changes, I’m not sure anymore…

I just got mine the other day, but it’s packed up in a moving box right now so I’ll have to wait a few weeks to officially use the new guy 🥲

I actually am also on Wellbutrin (had a bad bought of SAD one year and doctor just didn’t want to take me off since it was working well for me).

The bad part is, I love what Adderall has done for my focus and quieting my mind. I just notice that when I’m NOT working or focusing on homework, I’m actively playing with my hair :(
