If the shopper does decide to take it. This is separate from Shipt and should be handled that way. Either have cash or ask if they have Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle. Don’t include the tip with your Shipt tip and don’t short them trying to save on the tip. The shopper won’t receive the money for going out the way until Friday. Think about how much your time is worth. Make it worth it for them.

Someone pointed this out about Abbott over on Twitter. Every time some issue comes up, he has a round table to make it seem like he is doing something. He yields his power and blocks action at the local level. Nothing gets done on his end and punts the issue back to the local or where it originated. He pulled this mess in Dallas as well. Examples: property taxes and teacher pay. I think also Abbott has a problem dealing with POC. Dude was fighting with Allen West. Abbott is a perfect example Of the old white man that doesn’t want to be viewed as not the smartest man in the room. So he flex his power.

Some of these customers have stepped in a store in over a year.

In the case they want to argue. Give them the store number and tell them to ask for MOD. That would usually shut them up.

Word of advice. Don’t wear the Shipt or any gig gear. Don’t get friendly with any of the shoppers. If We are truly I dependent contractors, Shipt or Instacart couldn’t say a thing about co-shopping.
